In most cases your email address is your username.
If you are unsure, the easiest way is to check to which email address you receive messages from us.
If you're sharing your email address along with other employees, you propably have custom login set by your personal assistant.
This exception also applies when a user has more than one email address saved in our database.
If you've never used the client panel, you probably don't know your default password.
Your assistant can provide you default password, or have already done so by phone or email.
If you know your e-mail address used in our databases, you can use "Send me access" button.
You will receive an email with a hyperlink that will give you direct access to your account. From there you can also change your password
For newer jobs we're attaching QR codes to all notes. This is the fastest way to access your account.
Theoretically, this is the same as QR codes, but instead of scanning it via you phone, all you have to do is to click on a link.
